Abstract

Travel writing, often known as travelogue, is a classic genre of literature that covers topics including nature writing, adventure writing, exploration writing, travel guides, and more. It's a demanding profession as, in order to represent and present analytical data, one must be both a skilled language user and a perceptive observer. In today's quickly evolving tourism industry and globalized culture, this paper focuses on the true need, utility, relevance, and value of travel literature as individuals attempt to discover a new world through the writing and impression of a writer who acts as an advisor, guide, and informant. Instead of remaining in the background, the canon of travel writing has taken center stage. It also highlights how the field of travel writing is evolving in the modern era.
